Safari Telecom began its operation in 1996 with the start of the GSM services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it was able to establish as a leading player in this area over a short period of time, and the company achieved high sales through excellent marketing and rolled-out a support network for customer service.

Safari Telecom dedicated additional funds and resources in this field to in an effort towards achieving the objectives that enable them to get a bigger share in the telecommunications market in the Kingdom, which is one of the fastest growing markets in the Middle East. Safari Telecom is a key partner for one of the most important telecommunication companies in Saudi Arabia, Mobily the GSM operator; Safari has been the authorized agent since 2004 to sell all Mobily products in the marketplace. Safari operates more than 50 branches of Mobily "Franchise", these branches offer all Mobily services.
 
It has also established an effective investment and a dedicated team to support product and service sales to more than 5,000 points of sale in the Kingdom, Safari has a large fleet of marketers’ sales over the 70 marketers and developer of sales in the Kingdom. Safari also got an exclusive contract for the marketing and installation of optical fiber service from Mobily in 2014 in the central region of Saudi Arabia. 

At the beginning of 2016 safari company contract with Modern Trade department – Mobily to manage and run over 100 trade outlets all over the country  in the main Key retailers" including Extra - Jarir - Othaim Market - Bin Dawood - Carrefour – Lulu Market".
